This is the test process of water immersion and static load about molded wood pallet.
First of all, we did the water soaking test, mainly to check the waterproofness of the molded wood pallet. Pressed wood pallet soaked in water for more than 24 hours, but the pallet is still intact, and there is no cracking or damage.
And then it is the load test of the molded wood pallet. While, the load test result, is molded wood pallet can bear more than 6 tons. The load test results showed that the load of the molded wood pallet exceeded 8 tons.
