INGREDIENTS:
For the Dough :
3 cups all purpose flour (Maida)
3 tbsp. oil
2 tbsp. rava (semolina)
salt to taste
STUFFING:
3 cups grated (desiccated) coconut
1/4 cup rava
1 -2 tsp ghee
6 tbsp. white sesame seeds
4 tbsp. black sesame seeds
1 tsp cardamom powder
6 tbsp. sugar powder (Increase/decrease according to your taste)
5 tbsp. cashew nuts
2 tbsp. each almond & Pistachio pieces
Oil for frying
