On October 28, 2021, the House Committee on Oversight and Reform held a hearing entitled, "Fueling the Climate Crisis: Exposing Big Oil's Disinformation Campaign to Prevent Climate Action." Witnesses included a pipeline worker along with the CEOs and Presidents of ExxonMobil Corporation, Shell Oil Company, Chevron Corporation, BP America Inc., American Petroleum Institute, and U.S. Chamber of Commerce.
