How this works:
The idea comes from a theory that was discovered in Alpha. Every time you use Flurry Strikes, it adds to an invisible counter that keeps track of how many times you’ve used the ability. This counter keeps going until you trigger a Wisdom proc. The counter doesn’t reset unless you switch to a different character specialization or log out. So through this setup, we can move the Wisdom application forward in a discharge to exactly when we want it, making it more powerful.
