A cold case has finally been put to rest in Wisconsin. In November 1984, the body of Janet Marie Raasch, 20, was discovered by hunters in a field a month after her father reported her missing. She was a student at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point and was reportedly hitchhiking to the city to get medical treatment when she disappeared. The condition of her remains suggested she had been the victim of a homicide. Inside Edition Digital’s Mara Montalbano has more.
