Senate Majority leader Samuel Poghisio has raised concern over the poor state of the Kapenguria hospital and other health centers in West Pokot County. Poghisio who is also the area senator decrying lack of essential drugs, dilapidated equipment and poor service delivery due to lack of vital facilities like ambulances.
