Two original 17th-century paintings were discovered in a dumpster by a 64-year-old at a highway rest stop in Germany. An art expert has concluded that the oil paintings are originals from Italian artist Pietro Bellotti and Dutch artist Samuel van Hoogstraten — though their potential value was not immediately disclosed.
