Our editor, Colleen Jacka, was asked to facilitate a discussion on the impact of port congestion in South Africa at the Oceans Economy Conference and Expo 2024 held in Cape Town in May. We created this video to prompt the discussion and emphasise the legislated role of the Ports Authority in providing an efficient port system.
