If you are looking for a small form factor 3D Printer that makes up for lacking specs with ease of use, the Weedo Tina 2 might be the right one for you.

Great PLA Filament to use with this printer: [ Ссылка ]
I didn't have the highest expectations of this printer, but no failed prints in the week of extensive testing has been impressive. This isn't the right printer for everyone, but in educational situations where you want to work with a 3d printer instead of working on your 3d printer, this might be a good option.
Another huge advantage this 3D printer has over cheaper printers is well calibrated CURA profiles. You can select a quality profile, and you know it will probably work. There is still a lot anyone can learn from calibrating a slicer profile, but it is so much more fun to start with a good working one.
The Tina2 3D printer would be great for educational situations or for use around little kids. You don't get the upgradability of other printers, but for some users this might be what you are looking for.
