3. SOUNDBITE (English) Sen. Elizabeth Warren, (D) Massachusetts:
"I know Maggie Hassan. I'm here because I respect Maggie Hassan. I'm here because the people of New Hampshire can trust Maggie Hassan. (clapping) I've seen it up close. Maggie is rock solid in her belief that a patient, not the government, should be making reproductive health decisions. Maggie can be trusted. (clapping) Maggie's a hard worker. She fought for a bipartisan infrastructure plan that's good for America."
4. SOUNDBITE (English) Sen. Maggie Hassan, (D) New Hampshire:
"People are very interested as they always are in New Hampshire in engaging. We're talking about the work we've done to lower people's costs, the work we still need to do, people's concerns about home heating in particular and the work we're doing to get more home heating assistance and lower home energy costs. And then also talking about the need to keep moving to lower gas prices and make child care and housing more affordable. The other thing people are talking to me a lot about is their concern about how extreme my opponent is, whether it's his election denial, his desire to eliminate Social Security or the fact that he'd be a yes vote for a nationwide abortion ban."

5. SOUNDBITE (English) Sen. Maggie Hassan, (D) New Hampshire
"Don Bolduc has said he wants to eliminate the Department of Education. That puts Pell grants at risk and really makes college and education more expensive across the board. Don Bolduc is the most extreme nominee for the United States Senate that we have seen in modern New Hampshire history. Among other things, he is a 2020 election denier. He has also traveled the state casting doubt on these elections just this Tuesday, 2022. And he has said that if his preferred candidate for president doesn't win in 2024, he will work to overturn that election, too. We cannot have an election denier in the United States Senate."

STORYLINE:
Senator Elizabeth Warren, D-Mass., campaigned for her fellow Democrats at the University of New Hampshire Friday, just days before the 2022 midterm election which will decide the balance of power in the U.S. House and the U.S. Senate.
One closely watched race is between Democratic Sen. Maggie Hassan and Republican challenger Don Bolduc.
Bolduc, an Army veteran who has previously run for but not won elected office, is hoping to both harness voters' dissatisfaction over the economy and draw upon the connections he's forged from the nearly constant grassroots campaigning he's done since he unsuccessfully sought the nomination for the state's other senate seat two years ago.
Hassan, meanwhile, has highlighted her work on the bipartisan infrastructure law Biden signed last year and the $280 billion package aimed at creating more high-tech jobs by boosting the semiconductor industry and scientific research.
Senator Warren emphasized that she knows and trusts Hassan, saying she has seen her work "up close" in Congress.
"Maggie is rock solid in her belief that a patient, not the government, should be making reproductive health decisions. Maggie can be trusted," Sen. Warren said. "Maggie's a hard worker. She fought for a bipartisan infrastructure plan that's good for America."
