Black Dragon 90 is an exclusive premium building machine for moldcure retreading designed for the application of tread and sidewall on passenger, light truck and truck tyres.
The machine is equipped with one 90mm cold feed pin extruder for tread application and one 40mm extruder for sidewall application with a two chuck rotating turret.
The application of tread and sidewall is done on both chucks at the same time, thus maximizing machine productivity and building in a very fast time a full bead to bead carcass. The whole cycle is automatic and the operator is only required to oversee the process and taking care of manual activities of loading/unloading and program selection.
