Police in Turkey have arrested a suspected former executioner for the Islamic State, who was working as a gas repairman in Bursa, local media reported, Tuesday, February 18.
The 50-year-old Syrian was arrested Monday at a construction site, state media Anadolu said, describing him as an executioner for a senior Islamic State leader in eastern Syria.
His arrest led to the detention Tuesday of three others in Bursa, over alleged Islamic State ties. (AFP)
