Water harvesting is one of the climate change interventions. Kenyan government has decided to come up with a water engineering institution {KENYA WATER INSTITUTE} so as to enable students to be trained on different courses such as irrigation to avoid water scarcity in some arid counties such as Tharaka Nithi county.
