Demonstrators rally outside of the Blarney Stone on Syracuse's Tip Hill neighborhood. Congressman John Katko spoke the group outside the restaurant listening and taking some questions of the demonstrators while others held their signs. Katko was having a fund raiser. The demonstrators want to have a town hall to voice their concerns about a number of issues.
