Barcelona Gipsy balKan Orchestra (BGKO) during their Creative Retreat in 𝗙𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗼 𝗟𝗮 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗮 (near Barcelona), rehearsing new songs for their 2019 lnternational Tours and experimenting in their constant exploration of the roots of traditional music of the Balkans, Gipsies and Jewish of Eastern Europe, with original brush strokes which come from their rich and varied musical and cultural background, with an undoubted passion.

Thanks to all the people involved!

Alter so many concerts in 2018, presenting our last album, 𝗔𝘃𝗼 𝗞𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗼, we feel ready for the next step with a different repertoire and, as always, with the aim in our trips to meet new places, people, musicians and moments, while discovering those traditional songs that have been interpreted throughout time and passed down through generations, while never losing their power to evoke the deepest feelings of the human being. Today these songs rise again, touching us in our hearts and souls.
