The increasing presence of state-owned enterprises (SOEs) in the global economy has given rise to concerns about preserving a level playing field between companies owned by sovereign states and the rest of the business sector. OECD expert, Hans Christiansen, talks about the risk of corruption in SOEs and the importance of raising trust in their commercial operations.
