Rowe style you know the crank will be running 100% and the centre running perfectly concentrically once this is achieved the run out is measured with the pointers on it ! reading tenths of a thou! as long as the crank is within one thousandth of an inch you should have no problems at all to give me the idea of the quality of these cranks for the evolution motors WHEREAS the new cranks for the twin cam and Milwaukee eight can be 15 thou out !! Hence the cam chains issues !! which is hard to believe but this is the quality Harley are building and also these are a five piece crank whereas the new Harley cranks run the cheaper three piece ! meaning they are massively likely to twist as opposed to the old Evo style shovel cranks which were super strong and less prone to twist and if you go for the S&S made Crankshaft which you can order with H-beam rods or high-strength rods plus larger begins the sky is the limit and a strength is massively more I also easier to balance and way stronger than the original crankshafts if you’re interested call Mike (01773) 835666 alternatively www.CustomCruisers.com
