The federal government is postponing to 2050 its goal of achieving net-zero in the national electricity grid; its original target was 2035. Alberta Premier Danielle Smith says she is 'gratified' by the change but insists the regulations are 'unconstitutional.' We ask Alberta Environment Minister Rebecca Schulz why the province still plans to take the feds to court over it.
