Words have impact on awareness and help others grasp what we mean and intend. For the past century, there’s been a debate in how to define and what to call troublesome, high demand groups. Two major camps emerged, one in sociology that uses New Religious Movement and another among some academics but mostly in public discussion that uses Cult.

My point here is that in the end we have to regard behavior and context first before we slap a label onto any group.
