01:50 - No VCPR in 3 states CT, MI, DC
02:16 - Absolutely NO telemedicine VCPR in 8 states: CA, GA, IL, MS, TN, TX, UT, WA
02:38 - Must Have “Seen/Acquaintance with” the animal in 7 states: AZ, FL, IN, LA, ME, MA, RI, SD
03:38 - Must Have Examined or Physically Examined Animal in 25 states: AL, AR, HI, KS, KY, MD, MN, MO, MT, NE, NV, NH, NM, NY, NC, ND, OH, OR, PA, SC, VT, WV, WI, WY
