I don't know how to translate this properly. It is, in fact, very culturally tied. He is quite literally only saying "That's for sure", no swear words involved, despite the aggressive tone. But there is a deeper meaning to it that I can feel in my heart. Like "yeet" or something. It's the type of a thing someone says before they drunkenly punch a hole in the wall. Or while shouting at their spouse because the beer ran out. Or the car doesn't start and you need to blame someone. Please help me with this translatory issues, my friendly neighborhood Ostrobothnians.
