Ingredients
2 cups all purpose flour
1 tablespoon instant dry yeast
2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 tablespoons of sugar
1/2 cup of laban ( room temperature)
1 cup lukewarm water
A pinch of saffron( soaked the threads of saffron in hot ( not boiling ) water for 10- 15 minutes
drizzle with dates syrup or ( sugar syrup or honey )
