This tweak is simple, you take a French baguette and hollow it on it’s length. Put some cheese in and pour your whisked eggs and ingredients on top.
These boats were Grilled on the @napoleonproducts Rogue SE-625 until the eggs were cooked, added some more cheese on top before returning it to the grill for a few more minutes.
Ended up with a filling breakfast, all made on the grill. Easy right?

1 French baguette, around 18”
1 cup pancetta
3/4 cup bacon
8 eggs
1 cup cream
1/2 cup Feta cheese
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup tomatoes
1/2 cup onions
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
