Emojis play a big role when it comes to communication, especially in business related exchange.

At Blackboat, we use emojis all the time in our communication because they bring more context and we can express our emotions in a better way.
With business communication tools like Slack, you have the ability to create your own emojis. This "secret language" evokes a sense of connection and belonging with colleagues. I'm a huge fan of this and use these self-created emojis as often as possible.
