Mr Hussein Masoud Eid , Mr Othmani Hamisi Tinje and Mwenda Hamisi will be remanded at Port police after the prosecution opposed their release on bond.
The three who appeared before Mombasa Senior Principal Magistrate Janet Kassam denied the offence of trafficking in narcotics.
The suspects are jointly charged with others not before the court of trafficking 10.022 kilograms of heroin concealed in the bottom of a suit case.
They are accused of committing the offence on March 16, at Regency Park hotel within the town.
Mr Eid is further accused of being present in the country illegally.
