Pizza dough
Portion: 4 pcs
350 g Strong flour
50 g Old bread crumbs (leftover dried bread, mixed)
5 g Yeast
2 dl Water
1 cl Salt
1 cl Sugar
2 cl Olive oil
Method
1. Mix olive oil, water, sugar, salt and yeast
2. Add flour and mix to a smooth dough
3. Leave to rise for approximately 2 hours
4. Divide the dough into 4 equal balls
5. Flour each dough ball, then cover and leave to rest about 15 minutes - this will make them easier to roll out
6. Roll each dough portion into a rough circle, about 1/2 cm thick
7. Add toppings
Topping
Portion: 4 pcs
12 pcs Green asparagus
4 dl Sour cream
150 g Cheese (Gruyere)
1/2 Leek onion
8 pcs Potato
40 g Almonds
30 g Bread crumbs
40 g Rocket salad
1 Lemon
Olive oil
Black pepper
Method:
1. Spread the sour cream on the pizza dough
2. Grate 2/3 of the cheese onto the pizza
3. Slice leek, potato and asparagus and put on pizza
4. Bake in over at 250° C for 7 to 10 minutes, until the pizzas are golden and crispy
5. After baking, add rocket salad, chopped almonds and bread crumbs
6. Grate the last portion of the cheese, lemon zest, and add the juice of the lemon
7. Drizzle with olive oil
