Film Photography Sunday 🍃
We are developing negative film on weekly basis and decided to make a short video. In this POV video, Im developing a Ilford HP5 film using the stand development technique.
Film is shot at box speed on a Legendary Voigtlander Perkeo 1 - 6x6 medium format camera and developed with 1:100 dilution of Rodinol black and white Developer. In contrary to the temperature and time controlled regular development, Stand development focuses on the dilution and as the name suggests “Let it stand to develop” without regular agitation cycles.
After the development process of 1 and half hours, film is washed with 1:4 stabilizer bath and a 1:100 anti static bath. Left to dry overnight and scanned with a canon flatbed film scanner.
