In Tibetan culture, we used to eat stinging nettles with dhindo or ugali. It is said that these common nettles are poison once in a time and it was consumed by Milarepa- the great Tibetan Yogis.
These days we can eat with rice and bread too. as well as you can use these leaves to make tea.
