This is an amazingly well built old transmitter - just a single tube (6AG7) with a 5Y3 rectifier, power supply inside the tiny cabinet. It's rated for about 8.25 watts INPUT, which is about 4 watts output (depending on crystal). My crystals aren't all that "hot" and I get around 2 watts output on most - one or two I get up to 4 watts output. Nice CW note. Tank coil is "finger adjustable" [ONLY WITH POWER OFF AND CAPS DISCHARGED!!!] and easily covers 80 as well as 40 meters.
It's fun to find old rigs like this and get them going again - it was a very simple recap job to get it working.
