This low carb, gluten free, Keto granola cereal is so delicious! No need to pay for ridiculously expensive Keto cereals when you can easily make your own!
4- 1/4 cup servings or
8 - 1/8 cup servings. I used this serving size for macros for our Bariatric friends. Make sure to adjust macros if you increase serving size.

1/8 cup cereal. 1/4 cup

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line baking sheet with parchment paper
Combine in mixing bowl
1/4 cup chopped almonds
1/4 cup chopped macadamia nuts
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 cup salted sunflower seeds
1 Tb Melted coconut oil
Salt to taste
1 Tb Sukrin gold or chosen sweetener
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp banana extract
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Stir and spread onto baking sheet and spread evenly. Bake in 350 degree oven for 10 min. Cool on rack for 15 minutes. Cool in freezer for 15-20 min and serve. Store in covered container in refrigerator.
