In this episode, we make our way to some lesser know BLM land on the North side of Joshua Tree National Park to enjoy what we thought would be a quiet night under the stars. This is the 5th national in our journey throughout the west in this year's winter trip. If you haven't visited Joshua Tree National Park in the winter, we suggest you put it on your list. The warm winter days and cold nights make this a great place to spend time away from the bitter cold and gray of the northeast. The park is wide open for exploration, with hundreds of miles of hiking trails and even some good off-road routes for those of us looking to take our vehicles down the road less traveled.
