While it might be possible to enable it right before killing the fifth floor boss and get the trophy, I can confirm this method is pretty easy.

Start by unlocking all the shortcuts, select the Hunter, enable beast mode (its in the menu under options) and then go to stage five. You should get a gunsaber, AK-47 and charge shot as your free weapons. Use your guns to get to the boss, though you want to save as much of your gunsaber as possible.

Use the gunsaber to reflect most of the Dragun's attacks and enjoy your easy trophy.
