It's a little confusing dealing with WWW and non-WWW versions of websites. Most times, there is a DNS record in place by default that will direct the WWW version to the non-WWW version. If you don't have that in place for some reason, you'll get an error when trying to load the WWW version of your website. In this quick tip, I show you how to add the appropriate CNAME record to fix this problem.
