Lamb Tikka Masala (Crock pot-Slow cooking)

Hope you had a wonderful weekend! Here is another one of my favourite #Indian #Curry dish #Lamb #Tikka #Masala, this recipe is a easy recipe and I hope you and your friends enjoy it. Ingredient
800 grams-1kg Lamb (I used the one with bones)
3-4 Garlic (Minced)
1 inch Ginger (Minced)
1 tsp Cumin
3-4 Cardamom pod
8-10 cloves
1 tsp Mustard seed
2 tbsp (Garam Masala powder) I missed the shots in the video!
2-3 few Basil leafs
1 tbsp Coriander powder
1 tsp Turmeric powder
3-4 dried chilli
1 whole nugmet
1 cinnamon stick
1 can tomatoe sauce (Approx 450ml)
1 cup of yogurt
1/2 coconut milk
Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions
Mince the garlic and ginger into paste, set aside.
Add all the dry spice ingredient on a medium hot pan, fry until fragrant. 1 -2 mins. Set aside.
In the same pan, fry onion, garlic paste until soft , add tomatoes sauce, yogurt and coconut milk and simmer for 1-2 mins.
In a pot of boiling water, add lamb and boil for 5-10 mins. Set aside
Pour the curry mixture into the crock pot, salt and pepper, lamb, cover and cook under high heat for 4 hours/ low heat 8 hours.
Serve with basmatis rice or nann bread.
