You’ll need:
Almond butter
1/3 glass of water (the same glass you’ll drink the smoothie from)
Some sweetener
Frozen blueberries
Banana protein powder
Half of or a small banana (the greener the better!)
A blender!
Put 1 cup of blueberries, 1 teaspoon of sweetener, a flat teaspoon of almond butter, a scoop of whey powder, then your water into the blender.
Blend until smooth.
Drink and enjoy :)
