skill tree:
MAX nova
MAX static
MAX lightning mastery
MAX energy shield
MAX telekinesis
1 point to warmth
1 point in frozen armor if you don't have a cta staff with such mod.
Put all remaining Skill Points into Warmth past Level 94.
nothing in strenght ( sock lidless with a -15req jwl if you don't have a cta staff)
nothing in dex
100 stats point in vitality
rest in energy
IF you are very rich :D, you can go for this setup :
- amu +2sorc/20fcr/mana/resist
- ring 10fcr with high mana, resists & mf
- crafted mana boots 5%mana / 60mana / 30lightres / 10fhr or other stats
- frostburn ( that's the cheap part i guess^^)
