Oil-95ml vegetable
Milk-50ml
Vanilla-1 teaspoon
Dates-180g
Raisins-150g
Walnut-180g
Pecan-60g
Baking Powder-1 teaspoon
Bicarbonate soda-1 teaspoon
Salt-1/2 teaspoon
(Dates and 100g of raisins put in bowl with 50ml boiling water and cover 20min to soak).
Baking time 40min - 165C.
