The Virtual Health Interpreters Service pilot at Nepean Women’s and Children’s Outpatients introduced video interpreting to improve patient care. This service makes it easier to access interpreters, reducing costs and travel expenses, while also reducing disparities in health outcomes for multicultural communities.
