Downtown Vancouver's favourite outdoor ice rink opened on Nov. 28, 2012 for the fourth consecutive winter to once again provide skating, public events and affordable family fun for all.
Guests included: Minister of Citizens' Services and Open Government Ben Stewart, Moira Stilwell, MLA for Vancouver-Langara, Charles Gauthier, from the Downtown Vancouver Business Improvement Association, students from Elsie Roy Elementary and Santa Claus.
