Smoked Cream Cheese is one of the easiest things to make and @turbotrusser340 just made it easier and cooler with their cream cheese platters. I smoke mine at 200 for about 1 1/2 hours. Season it up with our Reaper rub and finish off with some @melindasfoods801 Hot Honey. This cream cheese platter comes with a spread knife that doubles as a handle to pull the platter off the smoker. I like to eat mine with Ritz crackers
