My Proper Pooping Posture Guidelines:
1. Position your knees higher than your hips
2. Spread your legs a little more than hip width apart
3. Lean forward, placing your elbows or forearms on your knees, keeping your back and neck neutral
4. Let your stomach relax
5. Either use your breath or a gentle push to initiate your bowel movement, do not strain or hold your breath
6. If you cannot poop, get up, move around, and try again when the urge returns. Do not sit for more than 5 minutes!
