Boris Mitić worked as a professional journalist when he decided to buy a camera and film his first film Pretty Dyana on his own, using a home computer for production. He also directed UNMIK Titanik. His third film, about the phenomenon of Serbian satirical aphorisms entitled "Goodbye, How are You?" won the SoleLuna Doc Fest 2010 in Palermo as the most Innovative documentary film. Here he told us how he made it, thanks to Lucia Gotti Venturato, deus ex machina of the Festival about Documentary FIlm about Islam and Mediterranean area, now on its 5th Edition.
Boris Mitić nasce come giornalista professionista finché decide di comprare una camera e dirigere il suo primo Pretty Dyana, usando un pc per la post-produzione fatta in casa. Ha anche diretto UNMIK Titanik. Il suo terzo film, sul fenomeno della satira contenuta negli aforismi Serbi, si intitola "Goodbye, How are You?" premiato al Festival di Documentari internazionali SoleLuna Doc Festival 2010 a Palermo con menzione per il documentario più innovativo.
