About me:
I am a mom to a now 8 year old son who was diagnosed with Autism. I have started this channel to share resources and reviews of what has helped me in improving my son's life and overcoming the challenges he faced that comes with the diagnosis. Inspired by my son's journey and my own struggle/triumphs as a parent, I have pursued to become a Certified Holistic Health Practitioner and dedicate a lot of my time in educating parents looking for support and coaching for food, nutrition, holistic health and alternative medicine. I focus my video content on a lot of Urdu language which was my mother tongue growing up, in my hope to give back to my community. I hope my recommendations and explanations help you understand this journey and navigate it a little bit easier.
