The opposition coalition CORD maintains Jubilee administration is planning to rig the next general elections. The Raila Odinga led outfit is citing statements attributed to several leaders affiliated to the Jubilee coalition, saying they were a clear indication the next elections may not be free and fair. Coast based politician Suleiman Shahbal raised political storm when he claimed the ruling coalition will win the next election, even it means through rigging, though Jubilee Alliance Party has disowned his remarks.
