Only Stage launches its digital project, ONLY STAGE DIGITAL SEASON, a new concerts season where the artists will perform using technology and social media like fundamental tools to spread music all over the world. As a recipient of the Culture Recovery Fund 2020 we are incredibly thankful to the Arts Council England as this grant has allowed us to work on this new project, supporting some of the artists we manage
The first program of our Digital Season will be a series of chamber music concerts called “All about Bach! Festival”. We have invited eight of our soloists to perform in nine concerts, once a week. We would like for our artists (and their guests) to find, thanks to this new music season, new creativity to express themselves and for our new audience to feel engaged and united by the power of music.
Bach’s music is what we need now more than ever. Bach has written music for a huge variety of instruments, influencing all the composer who came after him until today. We want to start this adventure from him, who is the beginning of the classical music as we consider it. Thanks to his language we will be able once more to rediscover our origins looking at the future with a total awareness of the past.
The season is about 9 streaming events from January 8th until March 5th, 2021 and it will involve some of the artists we manage: violinist Charlie Siem, flutist Massimo Mercelli, pianist Jan Bartos, cellist Luca Franzetti, composer and electronics Gabriel Prokofiev, pianist Oliver Poole, cellist Boris Andrianov and violist Maxim Rysanov.
It will be a pleasure to have you as our guests. Thanks to follow us on our social media channels attending every week our free online concerts.
