Bhetki Paturi is a very typical and traditional delicacy of Bengali cuisine. It comes from the word, pata meaning leaf which are wrapped, steamed or roasted into parcels !!!
INGREDIENTS
Bhetki Fish Fillet- 800g
Mustard Seed Paste- 1 cup
Yoghurt- 1⁄2 cup
Poppy Seed Paste- 1⁄2 cup
Grated Coconut- 1⁄2 cup
Turmeric- 2 tsp
Mustard Oil- 3 tbsp(for marination)
Salt as per Taste
Green Chillies-10-15
Banana Leaf- Cut it into pieces (10inchx10inch) approx
