Meanwhile, Deepika Padukone became the first Indian to unveil the FIFA trophy. She walked in at the Lusail stadium with former Spanish footballer Iker Casillas to do the trophy unveiling. The actor made India proud on the global by kicking off one of the most important pre-match ceremonies.
