Playing unison hands blast beats this fast really requires a lot of training and control over your body and the rebound. When we play alternated hands, we create something like a centrifugal effect as one hand becomes the reference for the other and they push each other to go faster. But when we play unison hands, things get even more difficult compared to playing just one hand at a time, and adding the one foot strokes gets even more intense. No matter what my goal here is still the one of staying as RELAXED as possible, it is not to become stronger, that won't get me faster and I don't need to run marathons on my hands lol, the goal is to take advantage of the rebound staying synchronized to it as much as possible.
