The product vision statement explains who you're making it for and what you want to accomplish by making it. A lot of organizations struggle to create one, and then struggle more to know what to do with it after they've created it. In this video, I look at where the Agile product vision statement fits in an Agile framework, and how a good product vision can help your team.
