Cara Untuk Daftar i-Akaun melalui Email

You may register for i-Akaun (Member) by sending an email to iakaundaftar@epf.gov.my, attached with the following supporting documents:

Borang Permohonan Pendaftaran i-Akaun (Ahli) Melalui e-mel; (click here to download form); and
A copy of your MyKad (front and back); and
A selfie of you holding your MyKad beside your face; and
A document of proof of your contact details (i.e.: phone bill, phone registration contract, receipt on deposit payment) for postpaid users; or
A screenshot of the statement detailing your name and phone number for prepaid users.
A copy of Bank Book/Statement of an ACTIVE savings/current account bearing your name.
